Delete Your Lugas Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Lugas account (io.eranya.sastro) and the data associated with it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app (fastest)

1. Open Lugas and sign in.
2. Go to Profil → Hapus Akun.
3. Confirm the deletion. You may be asked to sign in again to verify it's you.

Your account and cloud data are deleted immediately; residual copies in backups are purged within 30 days.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Lugas account" from the address you use to sign in (or include it in the message). We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Account identifiers (email address, display name, user ID)
• Learning progress: completed lessons, scores, streaks, and preferences
• Purchase state for optional in-app purchases (e.g. Focus Mode)
• Your sign-in credentials (Email & password, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In)

Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

What may be retained

• Anonymous crash and diagnostic data already collected, which is not linked to your deleted account and expires within 90 days.
• Records we are legally required to keep (for example, correspondence about your deletion request), retained only as long as the law requires.
