Frequently Asked Questions
When do I get paid?
Payment triggers when your referred customer pays in full (for Quick Launch: full Rp 990,000; for Launch/Scale-Up: final payment; for Bespoke: 100% of contracted amount). Transfer to your bank/e-wallet within 7 working days of trigger.
How does tracking work?
After signup, you get a unique referral code (e.g., REF-ANDI-A7K2). Whenever you share a campaign link with your code, the system tracks it. When a customer using your link claims a slot and pays, your code is automatically attached to the deal.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit. You can refer as many people as you want. Every valid conversion earns commission per the tier table.
What if the customer cancels after down payment?
Referral commission is only paid after the customer's full payment clears. If the customer cancels mid-way, no commission is paid. This mirrors our internal sales commission structure.
I'm an admin/staff at a client's office — can I refer my boss?
Yes. We recommend you be transparent with your boss (let them know you receive a referral commission from us). This avoids conflict of interest and builds trust. At sign-up, you'll agree to a disclosure clause.
Is referral commission taxable?
For total payments >Rp 4,500,000 per year to a single referrer, we are required to withhold PPh 21 tax per Indonesian tax authority rules. Tax certificates provided for your annual tax filing.
