Acceptance of Terms
These terms govern your use of the Numice mobile app (io.eranya.numice) published by Eranya Digital ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Numice you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Numice on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code, except where the law permits it
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others or our services
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or circumvent its security measures
Disclaimer for Numice
Numice processes audio inside Numice only. It does not and cannot replace the system microphone for other apps, so audio in your calls, meetings, and other recording apps is unaffected. Recordings are stored solely on your device and we hold no copy: we cannot recover recordings lost to uninstalling, clearing app data, device failure, or a recording that fails to complete, so keep your own backups of anything important. Monitoring a live processed microphone through speakers or headphones can produce feedback and sudden loud output — set a safe volume before enabling the engine. You are responsible for complying with the recording-consent laws that apply where you are.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Numice is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eranya Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Numice. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We may also revise these terms; the current version is always available on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
